International House of Reiki comes to DC

3 day Shinpiden Reiki Teacher course

                Reston Town Center, Reston, VA

I am happy to be co-sponsoring The International House of Reiki along with Deborah Harrigan, Living With Spirit, LLC, at the West Market Club in the Reston Town Center, Reston, Virginia on March 15, 16, and 17, 2008.

Deborah and I attended the Reiki Shinpiden class in New York City, April 2007. The course changed my life, the way that I teach Reiki, as well as the way that I practice Reiki. I fell in love with Reiki when I took my first Reiki level I class back in the 90's, but have always felt that there was something missing. I knew that there had to be more. What exactly did Mikao Usui teach his students? What were his and their practices? Why did it take so long for his students to move on to a different level? I found the answers to these and many other questions during the class taught by Frans Stiene.

Frans Stiene is the co-author of The Reiki Sourcebook, The Japanese Art of Reiki, Your Reiki Treatment, and the A-Z of Reiki, co-founder of the International House of Reiki, and he is recognized as a leading global Reiki researcher.

This intensive course focuses on Reiki as a spiritual practice from a Japanese perspective. Shinpiden means mystery teachings and is the Level II or Reiki master/teacher level of Reiki. Experience a strong energetic connection to the source of Reiki. Be confident! Know how it works, what all its variations, the Japanese shirushi (symbols) and jumon (mantras), the traditional Reiju (attunements) and their connection to Japanese philosophies, and what the origin of Reiki's spiritual nature is. Receive manuals for all levels and a Usui Reiki Ryoho Shinpiden Teacher/Master Certificate from the International House of Reiki.

These particular teachings are not widely taught in the Reiki community and therefore are a must for any serious Reiki practitioner or teacher.

  • These particular teachings are not widely taught in the Reiki community and therefore are a must for any serious Reiki practitioner or teacher.
  • This course is suitable for Level II Practitioners desiring to become Reiki Master/Teachers or established Reiki Master/Teachers desiring to upgrade their knowledge.

The Shinpiden Reiki Teacher Course
